Restaurant Gwendolyn is really cool.  In short, its concept is "everything old school, using what they had and doing as they did before the break of the industrial revolution: approximately 1850. This was the last time that food was honest."

Restaurant Gwendolyn's menu changes regularly, so this link may not always work, but give it a try.  This week it's serving marrow from our beef bones.
